How much is the delivery fee?

We offer Free Standard shipping orders above $99. For Australian orders under $99, standard shipping is $9.99.Multiple shipping options, including express shipping, are available at the checkout.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We ship orders Monday to Friday. Most orders are sent within 24 hours, excluding weekends.All orders are shipped from the Sydney warehouse. 

Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package as it arrives.All orders will be sent via Australia Post and should arrive within 2-8 business days.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment.
